ISO 9239 Flooring Radiant Panel Tester Introduction:
The flammability testing system for flooring materials is based on the fundamental principles of the radiant heat source method, and the experimental methods and conditions are determined according to standards ISO 9239 and ASTM E648. The system evaluates the flammability of flooring material samples under laboratory conditions by observing and measuring the flame propagation of the samples exposed to an inclined radiant heat field.

ISO 9239 Flooring Radiant Panel Tester Features:
1. The stainless steel test chamber features a front-opening door design for easy cleaning of the inner walls;
2. The inner walls of the chamber are made of calcium silicate board, providing high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance;
3. A stainless steel fume hood is located above the combustion test chamber;
4. A 300mm x 450mm porous ceramic heat radiation plate is placed at a 30-degree angle;
5. A T-type porous burner is provided to apply an open flame to the sample, using a cylinder-driven mechanism;
6. The optical system includes a light source with a capacity of 2900 ± 100 ppm. 7. K color temperature incandescent lamp, light source is silicon photodiode;
8. A shutter is installed in front of the silicon photodiode, which can be automatically opened and closed by computer testing software for easy calibration;
