This base adopts screw-type terminal blocks for installing compatible S800 analog or digital I/O modules (such as AI810, AO810, DI810, DO810, etc.), providing safe and reliable on-site signal access and electrical connection.

Installation and Usage instructions
Mechanical installation: Insert the TU831V1 into the standard 35mm DIN rail and ensure it is locked in place.
Wiring steps
Remove about 8mm of the cable insulation layer.
Insert the wire into the corresponding terminal hole;
Tighten the screw with a screwdriver (recommended torque: 0.5 N·m);
Press the cable shielding layer into the top shielding clamp and fix it.
Module installation: Insert the S800 I/O module (such as AI810) vertically into the base of the TU831V1. When you hear a "click", it indicates that the connection is complete.
Maintenance advantages: I/O modules can be hot-swapped and replaced (system support required), without the need for rewiring, significantly reducing downtime.
