Product Overview

The Ultrafiltration (UF) Membrane Filter for Circulating Water Reuse is a high-efficiency separation device that removes suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, and microorganisms from water through physical sieving. It provides a stable pretreatment solution for reverse osmosis (RO) or nanofiltration systems and is widely used in industrial water recycling, advanced wastewater treatment, and municipal water reuse applications.

Working Principle

The UF system operates based on membrane separation technology. Under pressure, water passes through the membrane module, allowing only water and small molecules to permeate while retaining suspended solids and macromolecular contaminants. Periodic backwashing and chemical cleaning (CIP) help maintain membrane flux and extend service life.
