Product Overview

The Mechanical Filter for Circulating Water Reuse is an efficient solid–liquid separation device widely used in industrial water recycling systems. It effectively removes suspended solids, sediments, and colloidal particles, ensuring stable water quality and protecting downstream units such as ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO). The system is easy to operate, stable in performance, and equipped with an automatic backwash function.

Working Principle

Under pressure, raw water flows through the multi-layer media bed consisting of quartz sand, anthracite, and gravel. Impurities are trapped and adsorbed within these layers. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet exceeds the preset value, the automatic backwashing cycle starts, using clean water or air-water flushing to remove trapped particles and restore filtration efficiency.
