Product description


This optical cable employs a loose tube laminate structure. The optical fiber core is placed inside a loose tube made of high-elasticity polyester, which is filled with a waterproofing agent. The loose tube (and the filling rope) are wound around a central metal reinforcing core (phosphate steel wire) to form a compact optical cable. The gaps in the cable body are filled with a waterproofing agent, and a layer of blue flame-retardant PVC sheath is extruded outside the optical fiber core.

2.Features

This optical cable employs a loose-tube, multi-layered structure.

Optical fibers are inserted into highly elastic polyester loose tubes, which are filled with a waterproofing agent.

The loose tubes (and filler ropes) are wound around a metal central reinforcing core (phosphate steel wire), forming a compact optical cable.

The gaps in the cable body are filled with a waterproofing agent, and a blue flame-retardant PVC sheath is extruded over the cable core.

MGTSV is suitable for mines such as coal, gold, and iron mines. Its flame-retardant and rodent-proof properties make it ideal for mines, especially those with high accident rates. It ensures uninterrupted communication and reduces losses in the event of an accident.

A steel outer shell protects the cable from rodent bites and ensures its robustness and durability. The double-sheath structure provides excellent moisture resistance and pressure resistance.
