Regarding the after-sales service of the product, in order for us
to correctly identify the cause together and quickly develop a
solution based on the cause, please be sure to provide the
following information:
- The model of the excavator installed, the picture of the excavator
nameplate.
- Duration of product use.
- Installation picture and connection picture of the product.
- Video of the product during operation.
- Specific description of product problems and failures.
- Video of the disassembly of the product. (Note: Please avoid the
wrong disassembly operation leads to product damage)
- Detailed pictures of damaged accessories.
If you cannot provide the above information, our company cannot
determine whether the product quality problems. Because the damage
of the product may also be the problem of installation or human
damage, so our company can refuse the after-sales service.
If you can provide the above information, our company will find
three professional technicians to make a judgment according to the
information you provide. If it is a quality problem, we will
provide after-sales service. If it is not a product quality
problem, we will assist you to deal with the after-sales service
together, but the ultimate responsibility is your party.
