Hemei aims to bring high quality “Made in China” poultry equipment and prefab poultry house to users all over the world. Our poultry equipment includes layer cage systems, breeder raising equipment, free-range broiler equipment and broiler cage systems. Our prefabricated steel structural poultry house can meet the requirement for broiler, layer and breeder production. Thanks to our wide range of products, we can provide one-stop service to our customers, from project designing, manufacturing, implementation of equipment to operation training and after-sales services.

Quality control is built into every workstation. From incoming material inspection and precision assembly to complete machine operation, we have implemented multiple automated or manual inspections to ensure that products are reliable from the moment they leave the factory.

Key equipment and process demonstration.

Our equipment primarily employs hot-dip galvanizing, where welding is performed first, followed by complete immersion in a zinc bath for full galvanizing. This process ensures that the weld joints are also coated with zinc, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance.
