Classification and structure:

According to the load-bearing capacity: divided into A15 (pedestrians/bicycles), B125 (community/light vehicles), C250 (roadside/parking lot), D400 (urban trunk road/heavy vehicles), E600 (port/airport), F900 (heavy industry/special high load) grades, clarifying the load standards of manhole covers suitable for different scenarios.
According to the material: covering ductile iron, steel fiber concrete, composite materials, etc., and having corresponding index requirements for the performance of each material (such as tensile strength and toughness of ductile iron).

Inspection rules: divided into factory inspection (batch by batch or sampling, check size, appearance, load, etc.) and type inspection (new products/conversion/regular, etc., comprehensive inspection of standard items), clarify the judgment rules, and ensure that the product quality is controllable.

Marking, packaging, etc.:

Marking: The manhole cover needs to be marked with the load-bearing level, manufacturer name, trademark, production date, etc., for easy identification and quality traceability.

Packaging, transportation, storage: The packaging should be protected from damage, transportation should avoid violent collisions, and the storage environment should be dry and ventilated to prevent the manhole cover from rusting and deformation, which will affect the performance.
