1. Q: What is your minimum order quantity and payment term?
A: The usual minimum order quantity is 500 kg, but we can discuss different arrangements. Payment terms are 30% T/T as deposit, and 70% before delivery.

A: Our main products include aluminum door profiles,window profiles,kitchen profiles

3. Q: Are prices the same for all colors under the same surface treatment?
A: Not exactly. For powder coating, bright colors are priced higher than white or gray. For anodizing, colored finishes are more expensive than silver, and black is more expensive than other colors.

4. Q: How do you calculate weight?
A: We can use either theoretical weight or actual weight based on customer requirements.

5. Q: How do you resolve quality issues?
A: First, we have confidence in our products as we have our own raw material factory, and all goods undergo strict inspection. However, some unavoidable damage may occur during delivery. If a significant number of products have major quality issues that are confirmed to be caused by our factory, we can negotiate compensation for your losses.
