Product Description: Aquatic feed made by our twin screw extruder machine. Mainly use corn flour, fish powder, meat powder and some food additive as main raw material, through mixing, extruding, roasting, flavoring to get the final puffed Fish Feed food. By help of minerals, rich nutritional content and protein enrich fish growth life, ideal choice for factory. This line is fully automatic, high capacity and with different of shapes. It can produce such as cat food, dog food, fish food, bird food and so on.
Capacity100-150kg/h;200-260kg/h: 500kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, 1000-1500kg/h, 1500-2500kg/h, 3000kg/h and 5000kg/h.

Raw Material and Samples

Dryer
The heating way is gas/furel oil heating.
The net belt running speed can be controlled to change the food drying time in the dryer.
The temperature also can be controlled.
Multi-layer dryer is with compact size than other type dryers.

Flavoring Machine
The stainless steel flavor feeder is used to spray powder flavor to the drum. We can control the spraying quantity via the
different speed which controlled by the soft start.
With the two drums, the food can be flavored well.
Cooling Machine
Cool down the fish feed tempeature before packaing.
