- When replacing recording paper, open and close the print cover gently to avoid breaking the latch with excessive force.

- Make sure the cover snaps shut completely when closing. Failure to do so may cause the paper to misalign or print failure.

- Keep the print cover, especially the tear-off area, clean to prevent paper debris from accumulating.
