Oil Pressure Sensor 185246280 / 185246290 / 10000-12753 is designed for the Perkins 403A-11, 403C-15, 403D-07, 403D-11, 403D-15, 403D-15T, 403D-17, 403F-11, 404C-22, 404C-22T, 404D-22, 404D-22T and 404D-22TA series naturally aspirated and turbocharged diesel engines (2.2 L to 4.4 L). These engines are widely used in compact agricultural tractors (Massey Ferguson 1700/1800 series), mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders, 30–60 kVA generator sets, forklift trucks and a variety of industrial pumps and compressors operating in both agricultural and construction environments worldwide.

Thread interface 1/8-27 NPT with 19 mm hex and 12 mm probe reach for direct installation into the engine block oil gallery. Operating pressure range 0–10 bar (0–145 psi), warning contact 0.8 ± 0.3 bar, resistance curve 10 ± 3 Ω @ 0 bar, 52 ± 4 Ω @ 2 bar, 88 ± 4 Ω @ 4 bar, 124 ± 5 Ω @ 6 bar, 184 ± 10 Ω @ 8 bar.

Housing is turned from brass alloy and nickel-plated for complete immunity to engine oil, diesel fuel and road salt; the sensing capsule employs a laser-welded stainless-steel diaphragm and micro-switch rated for 1 million cycles.
