The machine is mainly used for stranding and compacting of copper or aluminum sector or round conductor, as well as pre-spiral sector conductor etc.This machine adopts S7-300 PLC together with Profibus to unified control and coordinate the working condition, running and speed control of the each electric of the machine.

3.1 Surface of tension bobbin adopts faceting, which can insure tension to be stabilization and balancing.
3.2 Each cage is equipped with the jog button and emergency stop button.
3.3 Bobbin group loading using hydraulic floor type. Side trolley loaders is also optional.
3.4 Slanted design double wheel capstan suitable for heavy compacting loads.
3.5 One hydraulic side-bottom loading device is equipped on each cage.
3.6 PLC Equipped, optional.

Hebei Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded on August 1, 2006. The company covers a factory area of 30,000 square meters, with more than 100 employees, including 12 mechanical and electrical engineers,and its processing equipment totals more than 60 million yuan. Currently, through the introduction of large-scale processing equipment and the research, development and improvement of processes, the company has become the only manufacturer in China that produces JLK cage stranding machine series units on an assembly line.
