GR-B85A is a GRS-certified recycled TPU from Dingzhi’s DG series, processed via injection molding. It combines cost-effectiveness and fast molding to cut production costs and boost efficiency. With stable hardness, tough tear strength, and flexible elongation, it delivers durable performance for phone or Pad protective cases, shoe materials, casters, and suction cups. Relationship with Polyurethane​
GR-B85A is a GRS-certified recycled thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) , a specialized subclass of the broader polyurethane (PU) material family . Polyurethanes are polymers formed by the reaction of diisocyanates with polyols, and TPU distinguishes itself as a thermoplastic variant with a segmented molecular structure,hard urethane-based segments for strength and soft polyether or polyester segments for elasticity .​
As a recycled TPU, GR-B85A inherits polyurethane’s inherent advantages,wear resistance, flexibility, and chemical stability, while integrating sustainability . It is processed from post-consumer or post-industrial TPU waste, retaining the base PU’s mechanical framework but with a circular economy focus.
