Daily inspection is fundamental, requiring operators to diligently observe the air spring body for scratches, cracks, abnormal wear, or corrosion, while also checking the integrity of upper and lower connecting parts and the tightness of fasteners. During operation, one should use their senses to judge whether the equipment height is stable and to detect any hissing or abnormal friction sounds, as these are often early signs of problems.

Periodic maintenance is more in-depth and must be performed by professionals. This includes cleaning the air spring surface with mild soapy water; the use of chemical solvents is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the rubber. A crucial step is to perform an airtightness check, i.e., after pressurization, shut off the air supply and observe whether the pressure drops steadily to determine if there is a leak. For the entire system, it is also essential to regularly inspect and maintain the air supply accessories, such as ensuring that the air filter and dryer are functioning properly and providing a clean, dry air supply. This is the lifeline for protecting the internal structure of the air spring and preventing premature aging.

In summary, successful maintenance relies on several key elements: keeping the airbag clean, preventing external physical damage, ensuring the air supply is absolutely dry and clean, and avoiding over-operation under depressurization conditions. With the development of business and demand for customers, our company introduced business with TomLog Corporation in 2010, our strategic cooperative partner in Taiwan. Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers. Our company adopts the most advanced domestic air spring processing equipment and international production technology.
