Basic Instructions:
The SG830 module is a DC-DC power supply module that can be configured in either Boost or Buck mode:
--Buck mode:For high DC input but low voltage motor used
--Boost mode:For low DC input but high voltage motor used
It can be set for 220V mode or 380V mode,so it doesn't need to buy seperately,which can save the cost.
It has the functions of limiting voltage and current (CV, CC) for DC power supply output.
The DC voltage of photovoltaic can be fed into the bus of the frequency converter through step-up or step-down methods to achieve mixed power supply of the frequency inverter's mains power and photovoltaic power, thereby achieving energy conservation of the mains power.
It is equipped with built-in photovoltaic MPPT function, and the tracking efficiency can reach 99.9%. Pluggable type keyboard, parameter Settings, the Modbus/RS485 communication function; To wear a wall installation.

PV+ and PV- are on the low-voltage side:
If the boost mode is selected, the low-voltage side is directly
connected to the PV voltage;
If it is the buck mode, the low-voltage side is connected to the
bus P+ and P- of the inverter;
Out+ and Out- are on the high-voltage side:
If in the boost mode, the high-voltage side is connected to the
inverter DC bus P+ and P-;
If in the buck mode, the high-voltage side is connected to the
photovoltaic input voltage;
Note:
Select the boost mode or the buck mode, and the wiring should be
consistent with the software settings;
The low-voltage side voltage will automatically flow to the
high-voltage side, and it is not controlled by the module; reverse
flow will not occur automatically;
Whether it is the low-voltage side or the high-voltage side, the
voltage is distinguished as positive and negative. It cannot be
connected in reverse; otherwise, the module will be damaged.
