The water-pump right upper hose is the coolant line that runs from the thermostat housing / cylinder head outlet (on the right-hand side of the engine) to the upper inlet of the radiator.
In RHD & some V6/V8 layouts it is the first and hottest hose in the large circuit, carrying 95-120 °C coolant at 0.2-0.5 MPa.
