The SMC KQG2H Series offers stainless steel 316 (SUS316) one-touch fittings that cater to applications necessitating high corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and high temperature tolerance. These fittings employ a push-to-connect mechanism, with metal components crafted from SUS316 stainless steel and seals constructed from special FKM material. They are devoid of grease and are compatible with steam usage.

Compared to the preceding KQG series, this new series boasts a reduction in volume of 30% and is lighter by 62%. It is available in both metric and inch sizes, providing versatility for various application needs.

Metal parts made of SUS316 stainless steel, providing better corrosion and pitting resistance than 304 stainless steel, especially in chloride environments.

30% smaller volume and 62% weight reduction compared to the traditional KQG series, ideal for space-constrained applications.

Fluid temperature range from -5°C to +150°C.

Applicable to various tubing materials including FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, etc.

Suitable for air, water, steam, and other fluids.

Operating pressure range -100kPa to 1MPa, with a proof pressure of 3.0MPa.
