3.Machine Introduction

3.1 Automatic Roll Unwinding Unit

Automatic Roll Unwinding Unit is Equipped with Hydraulic Shaftless Roll Stands two clamps and Braking system, which are Easy-to-use During Roll Manipulations

Adjusting the roll paper due to the curl of the paper, make the paper smooth after cutting.

3.3: Correct paper offset system

There are three correct paper offset modules,that meas the upper paper will align the lower paper automatically while the all four reel

working at the same time

3.4:Sub-knife system(Selective accessories)

There are totally three sub-knife, knives for web slitting and web edge trimming,and is equipped with a waste paper collector to discharge the waste paper.

3.5:Knife holder and Cutting blade

A total of two knives, one fixed on the base ,the other is on the holder for rolling cutting
