HIGH SPEED STEEL BALL COLD HEADING MACHINE

This machine is designed to manufacture high quality ball-blanks with bearing steel materials such as: GB GCr15, AISI 52100, DIN 100Cr6; stainless steel materials like: AISI 304, 316, 410, 420, 440…etc. and carbon steel ball-blanks with materials like: AISI1010, 1012, 1045 & 1085 etc. It is a form of newly-designed structure, with high efficacy, less pressing deviation, low noise disturbance, good accuracy maintenance and high material utilizing ratio. No anchoring bolts are necessarily needed when the machine installed, as provides much convenience to end-users.
