Induction Melting machine
Induction melting is a process in which an induction melting
furnace is used to heat a metal to its melting point. Metal to be
melted is usually placed in a crucible and heated with induction to
its melting point. Metals like gold, silver, copper or special
alloys, both ferrous and non-ferrous, can be melted in induction
furnace. Induction melting is cleaner and more flexible than
conventional foundry methods.

About Induction heating machine :Smelting
Induction heating for smelting has the characteristics of high
efficiency, high power factor,good controllability, automation
and safe operation and so on.
OURUIDA induction heating generators belong to high
efficiency
and energy saving products, and the smelting product's DCD
efficiency is higher than 96%.

distribution transformer capacity. The design life is more than
15 years with high comprehensive reliability and low
maintenance cost to be the ideal induction heating power
supply for smelting.
At present, OURUIDA has the application performance of
1000kW Full Air cooling induction heating generatora, and the
manufacturing capacity of 15KW--1200KW full IGBT induction
heating generators, which can meet most needs of smelting.
OURUIDA also has rich experience in the application of vacuum
smelting in the furnace, and has professional design ability in
preventing vacuum discharge in the furnace,inductor design
connection design, thermal insulation design, crucible application
and other aspects. For smelting applications, the energy
consumption index is significant. In general, similar to dielectric
heat, the full air cooling and Water cooling IGBT generator
saves about 8% of the annual cost compared with the traditional
IGBT generator, and about 20% of the cost compared with the SCR
generator (the data is only for reference).
