overview :
The circulating water treatment equipment mainly consists of the following parts:
Raw water pressure supply section: Provide sufficient pressure to ensure that water can smoothly enter the treatment system.
Raw water treatment section: Preliminary treatment of raw water is carried out to remove large particle impurities and suspended solids.
Precision filtration section: Further removes fine impurities and particles in water to enhance the purity of water quality.
Reverse osmosis pressure supply and reverse osmosis membrane filtration section: Through reverse osmosis membrane technology, dissolved salts, organic matter and other impurities in water are removed to obtain purer water.
Sterilization and disinfection section: Utilizing disinfectants such as ultraviolet rays, ozone or chlorine to kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms in water, ensuring the hygiene and safety of water.
Water storage section: Stores treated water for industrial production use.
Working principle of Industrial Circulating Water Treatment Equipment
The working principle of the circulating water treatment equipment is as follows:
The circulating water first enters the production heat-generating equipment. Through the heat transfer system inside the equipment, the heat energy is transferred to the circulating water, and the water temperature rises.
The heated circulating water is then sent back to the cooling equipment (such as cooling towers) to transfer heat energy to the outdoor atmosphere, achieving cooling.
The cooled circulating water undergoes treatment steps such as filtration, reverse osmosis, and sterilization and disinfection to remove impurities, dissolved salts, organic matter, and microorganisms from the water.
The treated water is stored and reused in industrial production.
Equipment application
Circulating water treatment equipment is widely used in various industrial fields that require circulating water, such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, petroleum, papermaking, medicine, food, mining, power, etc. These industries require a large amount of cooling water during the production process. Circulating water treatment equipment can effectively improve the utilization rate of water, reduce water resource waste, and ensure the safety and stability of water quality at the same time.
