Our engineers designed a specialized track for the vibratory bowl feeder based on the diode’s size, adding guide grooves to the track. After multiple experiments, they adjusted the feeder’s frequency and amplitude to ensure diodes could be output stably, continuously, and efficiently in the correct orientation.

The application of this vibratory bowl feeder significantly improved production efficiency—it can stably deliver 500 diodes per minute. It also reduced the risk of diode damage, thereby saving production costs for the company.
