Application:
The 1000kN Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine, also known as
Tensile Testing Equipment and Material Testing Machine, is capable
of evaluating the tensile strength, compressive strength and
elongation rate of diverse finished and semi-finished materials. It
can perform a full range of mechanical tests including peeling,
tearing, flexural and compression tests. This testing system
supports computer connection, allowing real-time display and
printing of test duration, measured values, peak loads and other
key data, and can generate customized test reports in line with
user demands.
This 1000kN Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is extensively
applied to the physical property testing of various materials, such
as hardware fittings, metallic materials, rubber & plastic
products, footwear materials, leather goods, apparel, textiles,
electrical insulators, wires, cables and terminal components. It is
specially designed to carry out tensile, tearing, peeling,
compression, bending, shearing, three-point bending and other core
mechanical performance tests.

test space arranged at the upper part, and the compression and
flexural test space positioned between the lower crosshead and the
worktable of the main unit.

Overload protection:
In the event that the applied test force exceeds 2%–5% of the
maximum test force for each measuring range, the overload
protection system will activate and the equipment will halt
operation automatically.
When the piston rises to its upper travel limit position, the
stroke protection mechanism will be triggered, and the pump motor
will stop running immediately.
