Product Features:


1. This processing line is comprised of a transverse conveyor, a reversing conveyor, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, two drilling stations, a marking station, an automatic unloading conveyor, as well as the associated hydraulic unit and electrical cooling system. Leveraging CNC technology and servo motors for material feeding, the system guarantees enhanced efficiency and consistent workpiece accuracy.



2. A drilling unit is mounted on both sides, with each unit designed to accommodate three drills of different sizes. These drilling units are capable of CNC-controlled movements to modify drilling positions, ensuring precise hole placement and accuracy.


3. The rotational speeds of all spindles are continuously adjustable through a transducer, while the feeding speeds are infinitely variable via speed control valves. The transition between rapid feeding, operational feeding, and rapid retraction of the spindles is fully automated.



4. The drilling line is equipped with a single marking station, where the marking positions can be easily preset. Marking, clamping of the workpiece, and infeed for drilling are all driven by the hydraulic system. Key components are sourced from reputable international suppliers. A circulating cooling system is integrated to enhance the longevity of the drills.


5. Both marking and drilling processes are fully automated, and all finished angles are unloaded by a pneumatic turnover mechanism, minimizing operator workload and providing significant advantages over competing manufacturers.



6. The control system consists of the main computer, servo motors, PLC, external monitoring switches, and other integral components. By inputting the workpiece dimensions, the processing program is automatically generated. Furthermore, the program can be saved, retrieved, displayed, and communicated based on the workpiece number.


7. The machining line is outfitted with supporting and clamping devices to facilitate the processing of angles with larger bends.
