The PCB Depaneling Machine HS-203 is a high-precision V-cut PCB separator designed for efficient and safe separation of printed circuit
boards after SMT assembly. The machine adopts an upper circular blade and lower linear blade structure, allowing the PCB to remain stationary during the cutting process.
By placing the V-groove of the PCB onto the linear blade, the upper circular blade moves horizontally to complete the
depaneling process. This design greatly reduces mechanical stress
on the PCB and protects sensitive electronic components from
damage.
