The SED-800PZSJ-F Fully Automatic Blister Pack Inspection Machine is designed for tablets and soft/hard capsules packaged in aluminum-plastic blister packs. Installed after the blister packaging machine, it inspects boards automatically to ensure high-quality packaging and accurate product verification.

With a detection speed of 800 pcs/min, this machine can identify defects such as air bubbles, excessive filling, tablet defects ≥20%, capsule missing cap, powder leakage, poor heat sealing, cutting deviation, and batch number errors. Optional side/back inspection stations provide even more comprehensive quality control.
