The 7-axis CNC section steel 3D drilling machine employs seven servo motors to achieve precise drilling positioning in two vertical directions, one horizontal direction, and one longitudinal direction, along with servo-driven feeding for the three spindles. The machine features three drilling surfaces, each equipped with one drilling spindle. Each drilling spindle is driven by a frequency conversion motor, and the spindles offer servo-controlled feeding. With a hole diameter of 1, the machine processes holes on all three sides of the workpiece in a single pass, ensuring high efficiency and precise hole positioning. COLD PROCESSING: The H-beam drilling machine is utilized for drilling hole patterns on steel profile connecting plates.

OVERALL STRUCTURE: The external shafts are driven by servo motors and guided by high-precision linear guides, ensuring overall operational accuracy.

FEED ROLLER FRAME: Comprising five sets of roller racks, unpowered rollers, and side positioning wheels, the feed roller frame features a simple structure, easy operation, high feeding accuracy, and excellent efficiency.

FINISHED WORKPIECE STORAGE AREA: The workpiece is fed from the drilling unit and conveyed by a motor-driven power roller system with a chain. The finished product is then directly stored using four sets of trolleys.

AUTO FEEDING: The intelligent clamping system reduces manual labor. The trolley track is equipped with precision guide rails and racks, ensuring stable and accurate feeding.

EASY OPERATION: The system supports both online and offline programming methods. External information can be exchanged via a USB drive. It is compatible with TEKLA 3D software and DSTV files, enabling direct export of processing programs.
