EX-803 is a two-component aliphatic polyurea coating material for corrosion, waterproofing, and protective purposes. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates. Due to the unique chemical structure of the aliphatic prepolymer, the product not only possesses remarkable high elasticity, high strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance, but also has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. It remains non-chalking and non-discoloring even after long-term outdoor use, providing a good decorative effect.

With its heavy duty 1:1 mix ratio, Polyurea EX-803 has a much higher solids by weight content than most other pool paints and epoxy and is ideal for new, old and previously painted pools. It will leave your surface with a magnificent smooth finish. And because of its solids content, along with the supreme quality of ingredients in its formulation, there is no primer necessary before application, it is a self priming material. This is why Polyurea EX-803 can be applied over existing pool coatings such as acrylics, epoxy and rubber based coatings, as well as on all types of bare concrete, plaster, gunite and fiberglass. Most importantly it is the reason why it is designed to provide a longer lifespan than other pool paints.
