1.Product Introduction

A Log Washer is a specialized cleaning system that utilizes rotating wooden or metal "logs" (paddle shafts) to perform mechanical scrubbing and agitation of materials within a trough. It effectively separates and removes viscous impurities, yielding clean aggregate or ore products.

3.Working Principle

The equipment consists of a set of parallel rotating shafts (logs). Material enters from one end and is subjected to continuous tumbling and friction within the trough as the shafts rotate and water rinses the load. Under the combined forces of mechanical attrition and water flow, sticky impurities are stripped away and discharged with the wastewater, while the clean material is output from the opposite end.
