Under simulated low-temperature conditions, they perform instantaneous peak current discharge tests of up to 800A to 2000A. Each unit must successfully complete over 50 simulated cranking cycles to guarantee starting performance in real cold environments                                    .

The annual designed production capacity of portable car jump starters exceeds 2 million units.
