Rain-Shower Sand Feeding Device

Product Structure:
The device mainly consists of a frame, fixed plate, movable plate, support bracket, pneumatic cylinder, manual open/close mechanism, and dust exhaust port.

Working Principle:
By controlling the alignment between the holes on the movable plate and the fixed plate, the device allows molding sand to fall quickly and evenly into the sand box. The rain-shower sand feeder is installed beneath the sand storage bin. A woven mesh screen can be mounted below the movable plate to buffer the impact of falling sand, preventing damage to the mold coating.

This device ensures uniform sand distribution, protects delicate mold surfaces, and integrates dust control for cleaner operation.
