Bowl Components and Operation

After starting and reaching full speed, the operating water enters the sealed chamber to make the piston rise and close the outlet. The material to be separated is fed into the bowl from the pipe. Due to centrifugal force, impurities gather on the periphery of the bowl. At preset intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber and forces the sliding piston to drop down, opening the outlet. Impurities are discharged outside the bowl and machine via the impurities collection set. Simultaneously, the light phase gathers in the center of the bowl and is discharged by the centripetal pump, while the heavy phase is introduced to the centripetal pump room via disc gland and discharged out by centripetal pump, completing one cycle. Operating water then enters the sealing chamber, raises the piston, closes the ejection port, and the cycle repeats.
