Description

The manhole cover is installed on the top of the oil tanker designed to provide access to the tank for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning.

It typically features a secure locking mechanism to prevent accidental openings, ensuring safety during transport. The cover is also designed

to withstand pressure and prevent leakage, contributing to the overall integrity and safety of the tanker.

Characteristics

• Secure Locking Mechanism – Prevents accidental openings during transport.
• Pressure Resistance – The breathing valve installed withstand internal pressure from the contents and make the tanker ventilated.
• Leak Prevention – Emergency exhausting valve with automatic seals tightly to avoid spillage or leakage.
• Safty – Two-stage opening allowes safe release of the remaining gas before fully opening the cover.
• Spare holes – The reserved blind holes on the main cover can be installed with vapor recovery valve and optic sensor
