The LY-485C-PK Fully Automatic Case Making Machine features visual positioning and four-side wrapping modules in one. It suits manufacturing all types of book-style cases (mobile phone boxes, mooncake boxes, tea boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc.), along with hardcover book cases, notebook covers, desk calendars, file folders and other related products.

Product features:

• Equipped with two 5-megapixel industrial cameras and a YAMAHA robotic arm for positioning, boasting a high positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
• Delivers a high production efficiency, with the case forming and laminating speed reaching 20-30 pieces per minute. Adopting an independent human-machine control system, it features short machine changeover time and fast pattern switching.
• The independent automatic control system enables quick machine adjustment and rapid mold replacement.
• The mainframe module is adjustable for rigid box positioning with an accuracy of ±0.1mm and a working speed of 20-30 pieces per minute. It can be optionally equipped with a corner pasting machine, a splicing board case making machine or a pneumatic machine, and supports future expansion for the production of various other products.
