Our High Moisture Resistant Medium Density Fiberboard (HMR MDF) is
a premium-grade engineered wood panel specially formulated to
withstand elevated humidity, intermittent moisture exposure, and
demanding interior conditions—without swelling, delaminating, or
losing structural integrity. Unlike standard MDF, HMR MDF
incorporates advanced hydrophobic additives and high-performance
resins to deliver reliable performance where moisture is a concern.

Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, our HMR
MDF combines the smooth machinability of traditional MDF with
enhanced durability—making it the smart choice for wet-area

Technical Composition & Manufacturing
HMR MDF is manufactured using:
100% debarked softwood/hardwood fibers (FSC® or PEFC-certified
options available)
Enhanced urea-formaldehyde (UF) or melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF)
resin system with higher cross-linking density
Paraffin wax emulsion (1.5–2.5%) uniformly dispersed during fiber
blending to repel water penetration
Specialized catalysts and curing agents to optimize resin
polymerization under heat and pressure
Produced in continuous hot-press lines under ISO
9001/14001-certified facilities, every batch undergoes rigorous
quality control for density uniformity, thickness tolerance (±0.1
mm), and moisture resistance.
