Product Description

Aitemag® magnesium hydroxide is a flame retardant product line with ultrafine particle size and enhanced performance-to-cost balance, produced using world-leading manufacturing technologies. All Aitemag products comply with REACH and RoHS requirements.

When used to formulate flame retardant polymers, the Aitemag product provides superior flame retarding and smoke suppression properties. Depending on the polymer system and fire performance requirements, one may choose an Aitemag product of proper characteristics to achieve optimized application performance for the flame retardant compound.

Aitemag 10ZA is a high purity magnesium hydroxide that is treated with a fatty acid to provide easy dispersion in polymers and enhanced compounding rheology or processability. This product is designed for use in thermoplastic polymers including PVC, cross-linked polyolefins and elastomeric polymers. Aitemag 10ZA provides excellent fire performance and electrical property.
