Product Description:
This 1KV busbar heat shrink tube is a special insulating protection
product for low-voltage electrical equipment, made of high-energy
electron beam radiation cross-linked polyolefin material. It
complies with RoHS environmental standards and GB/T 1059-2007
standard, with a heat shrink ratio of 2:1, minimum shrink
temperature ≥84℃, full shrink temperature ≥120℃ and long-term
operating temperature range from -55℃ to 125℃. Featuring high
dielectric strength, electrical tracking resistance, flame
retardancy and low smoke emission, it has excellent flexibility and
is suitable for both straight and bent busbars. It tightly adheres
to the surface of copper and aluminum busbars after heating,
effectively achieving insulation, anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation
and mechanical protection, and can reduce phase spacing with easy
installation. With a full range of specifications and standard
colors of red, yellow and green optional, it is widely used in
low-voltage distribution systems such as switch cabinets,
distribution cabinets and substations, providing stable and
reliable protection for busbars of 1KV and below

with a specification of 40mm and size options between 30-40mm, is
an essential product designed to provide superior busbar
insulation, covering, and protection in various electrical
applications. Manufactured in China under strict ISO9001
certification, this busbar tubing ensures high quality and
reliability, meeting international standards such as IEC 61439 and
UL 67. With a shrink ratio of 2:1, the busbar tube effectively
protects against accidental flashover, making it an ideal choice
for enhancing electrical safety in diverse environments.
These busbar tubes are widely applied in industrial, commercial,
and residential electrical systems to insulate and cover exposed
busbars, preventing electrical faults and ensuring safe operation.
Their robust insulating properties make them perfect for use in
switchgear assemblies, power distribution panels, and control
cabinets, where reliable busbar insulation is critical. WOER’s
busbar tubing is also suitable for use in renewable energy
installations, such as solar power systems, where secure and
durable busbar covering is required to withstand harsh
environmental conditions.
Thanks to its excellent shrink ratio and protective features, the
WOER busbar tube effectively reduces the risk of accidental
flashover, helping to safeguard both equipment and personnel. The
product’s packaging in cartons ensures safe transport and easy
handling during installation. With a minimum order quantity of just
1 meter, negotiable pricing, and a supply capacity of 100,000
meters per day, WOER can promptly fulfill orders with a delivery
time of 2-4 days, supported by TT payment terms in advance.
Overall, WOER busbar tubing is highly suitable for electrical
engineers, contractors, and maintenance professionals seeking a
reliable solution for busbar insulation and covering. It offers
excellent durability, compliance with rigorous safety standards,
and efficient protection, making it an indispensable component in
