Step 1: Determine the required filtration efficiency: H13 to U16. Custom
efficiency options are available based on specific customer needs.
Step 2: Determine the required air volume (rated air velocity is below 0.45
m/s).
Step 3: Select the frame material. The standard option is aluminum alloy.
Step 4: Choose the protective mesh material for the filter core. The
standard option is powder-coated mesh; custom materials such as
stainless steel are also available.
Step 5: Confirm the required filter dimensions and ensure compatibility
with the installation method.
Step 6: Specify any special requirements, such as gasket groove sealing or
DOP testing.
