Quartz Glass Tube Level Gauge
The HQSYG quartz tube level gauge is developed using the latest high-tech advancements from both domestic and international sources. It is a replacement product for ordinary glass plate level gauges and is widely used in various transparent liquid containers and boilers in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy. It is suitable for measuring the liquid level of various liquids and chemical raw materials such as water, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid ammonia, propane, propylene, aromatics, and acids. It is also suitable for measuring the interface between two different media with different densities.
The HQSYG series quartz tube level gauge is developed using the latest high-tech advancements from both domestic and international sources. It is suitable for measuring the liquid level of various liquids and chemical raw materials such as water, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid ammonia, propane, propylene, aromatics, and acids. It is also suitable for interface measurement of two different media densities. The colored liquid level gauge is installed on various containers and boilers, allowing for direct observation of liquid level changes. The liquid phase is displayed in green, the gas phase in red, and the interface measurement shows a three-color interface. The contrast between the liquid and gas phases is very high, making it clear and easy to see from a distance and during nighttime inspections. It successfully overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary plate-type level gauges, such as being bulky, having a large sealing area, being prone to leakage, and having unclear displays that are difficult to read from a distance.
HQSYG Quartz Tube Level Gauge Main Technical Parameters
1. Special 99.99% SiO2 transparent quartz tube, with a deformation
point of 1077℃, softening point of 1730℃, compressive strength of
1170 Kg/cm³, and expansion coefficient of 5.5 x 10⁻⁷. After special
processing, it possesses high temperature and high pressure
resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
2. Working pressure: 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3 MPa
3. Working temperature: -50~+520℃
4. Measuring range L: Measuring range is determined by the center
point: 300, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700, 2000 mm; Boiler water level
gauge: 300, 400, 440 mm. Please specify dimensions for special
specifications.
5. Steam heating jacket: Working pressure 1.0 MPa, pipe connection
size G1/2 internal thread.
6. Flange connection dimensions: Adopts the latest HG20592-2063597
flange standard implemented by the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
7. If the user uses other flange standards, please specify when
ordering.
8. Steel ball automatic closing pressure: Greater than 0.2 MPa
