Spore Transfer Treatment System is a highly efficient physicochemical treatment method formed through the reaction of customized agents and micro-nano bubbles with the phosphorus hydrophobic suspended matter in water, etc. It can effectively remove total phosphorus , suspended matter and other pollutants in the water, and atthe same time realize the reoxygenation of the water body. The Intelligent Ion Balance Device (Desalination) is a key component of water quality treatment in cooling water circulation systems. Based on the principle that charged particles migrate to electrode surfaces under the action of an electric field, it enriches dissolved salts and other charged substances in water on the electrode surfaces. By adjusting process parameters to regulate the reaction process and balance the ion concentration in water, it achieves water quality control, reduces carbon emissions, and ultimately realizes water conservation and carbon reduction goals.

1. Circulating Water Treatment Chemicals
1) Cleaning Agents
Remove scale, deposits, corrosion products, microorganisms and other contaminants accumulated in the system to prepare for subsequent pre-filming.
2) Corrosion Inhibitors
Slow down the electrochemical corrosion of metals (e.g., pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, general corrosion). On the basis of the protective film formed during pre-filming, it maintains long-term corrosion protection effect and extends the service life of equipment and pipelines.
3) Biocides and Algaecides
Alternately dose oxidizing/non-oxidizing biocides and algaecides to prevent the proliferation of bacteria, algae, fungi, biofouling slime and other microbes, and reduce the risk of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC).
4) Pre-filming Agents
Form a protective film on metal surfaces to mitigate corrosion, inhibit scaling and prolong the service life of equipment.
5) Scale Inhibitors
Inhibit the deposition of inorganic salts such as CaCO3, CaSO4 and SiO2, and prevent particulate agglomeration. Used in synergy with corrosion inhibitors, it avoids localized corrosion caused by scaling.
