Product Introduction

This Explosion-Proof High Pressure Water Jet Tank Cleaning System is specially designed for internal cleaning of oil storage tanks and fuel transportation tanks in hazardous and flammable environments.

Equipped with a fully automatic 3D rotary tank cleaning nozzle, the system delivers 360° full-coverage, no-dead-angle cleaning inside tanks without manual entry. Driven by a high pressure plunger pump and explosion-proof electric motor, the system ensures safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly tank cleaning using only high-pressure water.

How the System Works

The high pressure plunger pump pressurizes clean water up to 5 MPa (50 bar) and delivers it to the 3D rotary tank cleaning nozzle through a high-pressure hose.

Under the reaction force of the water jets, the nozzle rotates automatically in both horizontal and vertical directions, forming a continuous 360-degree rotating spray pattern.

One complete rotation cycle takes approximately 10 minutes, significantly improving cleaning efficiency while eliminating confined-space manual operations.
