modular architecture design,
which can flexibly switch between single-layer/three-layer
co-extrusion modes according to
customers' production capacity requirements and product positioning.
The width can be
precisely customized within the range of 1000mm-3000mm, and the
film thickness covers the
full specification range of 0.015mm-0.20mm, perfectly meeting the
diverse application
scenarios such as food packaging, daily chemical packaging,
pharmaceutical packaging,
electronic component packaging, and composite substrates.
The core configuration of the equipment demonstrates its strong
strength:
•Equipped with a high-precision variable frequency drive system,
the operation stability error
is ≤±0.5%.
•Adopts an imported PLC intelligent control system with a 7-inch
color touch screen,
enabling real-time monitoring and digital adjustment of production
parameters
(temperature, pressure, speed, thickness) for convenient and
efficient operation.
•All core components undergo precision processing and rigorous
testing: the screw is made
of 38CrMoAlA alloy material, with surface hardness reaching HV950
or above after nitriding
treatment (high wear resistance and long service life); the T-die
is integrally processed with
high-quality mold steel, and the flow channel is optimized through
hydrodynamic design to
ensure uniform melt flow; the die lip is equipped with a
micron-level adjustment
mechanism, controlling film thickness deviation ≤±3%.

The production line runs through a closed-loop process of raw
material pretreatment -
precision plasticization - uniform casting - precise cooling -
stable traction - online
detection - accurate slitting - finished product winding, with
strict quality control standards
integrated into each step:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment Stage
•Equipped with automatic feeding system and raw material drying
device: drying
temperature 80-100℃, drying time 2-4 hours, moisture content of PP
raw materials ≤0.02%
(avoids bubbles in melt, ensures film surface smoothness and
structural compactness).
•For three-layer co-extrusion products: independent raw material
silos realize synchronous
supply of different formula raw materials to meet functional
layering needs.
2. Precision Plasticization Stage
•Single-layer line: single-screw extruder (length-diameter ratio
30:1); three-layer line: three
independent extruders (main extruder L/D 32:1, side extruders L/D
28:1).
•Gradual compression ratio design + zone heating system (5-6
heating zones for barrel),
temperature control accuracy ±1℃.
•Melt pressure stabilized at 15-25MPa, avoiding material
degradation and ensuring balanced
film mechanical properties.
3. Uniform Casting Stage
•Melt is accurately delivered to high-precision T-die via metering
pump (flow error ≤±1%).
•Die lip width adjustable according to production width;
electrostatic adsorption device (30-
50kV) ensures melt closely adheres to cooling roll surface
(eliminates wrinkles and bubbles).
4. Precise Cooling Stage
•Three-roll linked cooling system: cooling roll surface roughness
Ra≤0.2μm, temperature 18-
25℃.
•Thermal shrinkage control: longitudinal ≤3%, transverse ≤2%
(improves film dimensional
stability).
5. Stable Traction and Online Detection Stage
•Double-station traction machine: rubber pressure roll + metal
traction roll, traction tension
adjustable (5-20N) to avoid film stretching/deformation.
•Integrated online thickness measurement system (accuracy ±0.001mm)
and defect
detection system (monitors pinholes, impurities, scratches, etc.),
automatic alarm for
abnormalities, product qualification rate ≥99%.
6. Accurate Slitting and Finished Product Winding Stage
•High-precision circular knife slitting machine: slitting accuracy
±0.5mm (customizable
narrow rolls).
Winding machine: automatic tension control + deviation correction
device (accuracy
±1mm), coil end runout ≤2mm (facilitates subsequent processing).

Q1: What is the guarantee of the machine?
A1: The guarantee period of our machine is 12 months after the
machine is installed well in buyer's factory;
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered
with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto
wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into
container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use
drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the
machine?
A3: Yes, we supply detailed user manual for your reference. PLS
