1. Product Introduction
The winding process is traditionally one of the most labor-dependent stages: watching, changing rolls, weighing, packaging—time-consuming and labor-intensive. Our automatic winder aims to completely liberate this part of the workforce. It integrates automatic length counting, stop at preset length/weight, pneumatic shaft locking, and easy roll removal. Operators only need to preset the roll length or weight on the touch screen and load empty paper cores; the equipment will automatically complete winding, stop precisely upon reaching the set value, and release the mandrel. The remaining task is simply removing the full roll and applying protective film or placing it in a carton. This thoughtful "semi-automation" design, while controlling costs, frees personnel from repetitive, monotonous monitoring tasks, allowing them to focus on quality inspection and higher-value work.

2. Main Specifications

  • Automatic Length Counting & Stop Control: High-precision measuring wheel coupled with a rotary encoder measures length in real-time. Upon reaching the preset length, the winding shaft automatically decelerates and stops at a position convenient for roll removal.

  • Pneumatic Locking & Release: The winding mandrel uses a pneumatic chuck or expanding shaft design; pressing a button automatically locks the paper core or releases the full roll, saving effort and avoiding the hassle and danger of traditional bolt fixation.
