Jianhong JH-RCD-22KWA230-P-RS Adjustable Load Bank is a
high-performance testing device engineered for AC power supply
equipment such as generators, UPS and inverters, with AC230V rated
voltage, 22KW R load and 22KVA RCD load rated power. Compact in
size (≤7006001550MM) and light in weight (≤100KG) with caster design, it enables
flexible movement and easy deployment in indoor IP20 environments,
adapting to working temperatures from -10℃ to 50℃.
Featuring high-precision adjustable performance, the load bank supports stepless adjustment of R load from 100W to
22KW (100W step) and RCD load from 1KVA to 22KVA (100VA step),
matched with multi-gear RS resistance, R load resistance and
capacitance gears. Core components adopt new high-precision
resistors with ±3% resistance accuracy and ±10% capacitance
accuracy, power factor adjustable from 0.7 to 1, providing accurate
and reliable test data for power equipment performance detection.
Equipped with dual control modes of local touch screen and RS485 remote control, it realizes both
on-site and remote operation and monitoring, with real-time display
of voltage, current, power, power factor, reactive power and other
key parameters for clear operation status. Adopting forced air
cooling (front intake & rear exhaust), it achieves 7*24 continuous
online work with low noise (≤80dB at 1m), and the resistor has a
long service life of 15 years, ensuring stable and durable
operation.
The load bank is built with a comprehensive protection system, including overcurrent, overvoltage (300V protection value), high
temperature alarm and emergency stop functions, effectively
protecting the equipment and operators in abnormal situations. With
terminal post for load input and terminal row for system power
input, it ensures firm wiring and stable contact. The cabinet is
sprayed with DH-1928 color, with excellent corrosion resistance and
a sturdy structure.
