Aluminium Gutter (Painted Aluminum Roll)
Aluminium gutter refers to aluminum products with surface coating
coloring, primarily categorized into PVDF (fluorine-carbon)
aluminium gutter and PE (polyester) aluminium gutter.
Applications
Aluminium gutter is widely used in roofing and cladding systems,
ceiling systems, curtain wall panels, shutters, gutters, composite
panels, honeycomb panels, advertising signs, home appliances, and
embossed aluminum coils.
PVDF Coating
PVDF coating consists of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or
copolymer with other fluorine-containing vinyl monomers. The stable
chemical structure provides excellent wear resistance, impact
resistance, color retention, and UV resistance for PVDF coated
aluminum coils.
PE (Polyester) Coating
High molecular polymer coating with alkyd additives offers UV
resistance. Available in matte and glossy finishes, the compact
molecular structure ensures smooth surfaces ideal for printing.
With 8-10 years weather resistance warranty, it's suitable for
interior decoration and signage.
Aluminum Series Features
1 Series: Contains over 99.00% aluminum with excellent electrical
conductivity, corrosion resistance, and weldability. Lower strength
makes it ideal for conventional industrial applications.
3 Series: Manganese-based alloy (1.0-1.5% content) provides superior rust
prevention, corrosion resistance, weldability, and plasticity for
demanding industrial applications.
5 Series: Magnesium-based alloy offers low density, high tensile strength,
excellent elongation, and good fatigue strength. Cannot be
heat-treated but widely used in conventional industries.
6 Series: Magnesium and silicon alloy suitable for applications requiring
corrosion resistance and oxidation protection.
