Aluminum honeycomb panels feature upper and lower aluminum alloy plates with a thick, lightweight honeycomb core in between. The panels and sandwich core are bonded together using adhesives to form an integral rigid structure. Panel surfaces can be treated with fluorocarbon coating, roller coating, thermal transfer, wire drawing, or oxidation processes.
