The slurry electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When conductive slurry flows through a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated, and its magnitude is proportional to the flow velocity.

The slurry electromagnetic flowmeter is a flow measurement instrument specifically designed for measuring the flow of slurries containing solid particles, with high concentration and high viscosity (such as mineral slurry, coal slurry, paper pulp, cement slurry, food slurry, etc.).

• Lining Materials: Commonly used materials include polyurethane, neoprene rubber, PFE with mesh, ceramic, etc., which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-wear media such as pulp and cement slurry.
• Electrode Materials: 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy B/C, titanium, tantalum, tungsten carbide, etc., selected based on the corrosiveness and wearability of the slurry.

• No Obstructive Components: The measuring tube has no moving parts, no pressure loss, and has low requirements for straight pipe sections (upstream ≥ 5DN, downstream ≥ 3DN).
• Strong Resistance to Impurities: Suitable for slurries containing solid particles and suspended matter, and is not prone to clogging.
• High Protection Grade: IP65/IP68 protection grade, suitable for harsh working environments.

• Mining and metallurgy: Measuring mineral pulp, coal pulp, tailings pulp, etc., for process control in mineral processing and smelting.
