The SXGY Series AC Withstand Voltage Test Set, also known as a step‑up transformer or booster, is essential for testing power generation and supply equipment, electrical products, and the dielectric strength of insulating materials.
Our Dry‑Type Test Transformer series completely overcomes the traditional drawbacks of bulkiness and excessive weight. Equipped with our proprietary high‑voltage silicon stacks, it can provide a stable DC high‑voltage test supply. When used together with the control cabinet (or console), automatic protective micro‑ammeter, sphere gaps, and other accessories, the system becomes particularly suitable for on‑site testing—transforming heavy, complex tasks into convenient, fast, flexible, and highly efficient operations. As a result, it is widely recognized and favored by customers in power systems and large industrial enterprises.
The SXGY series incorporates advanced materials and manufacturing processes to significantly reduce volume and weight while maintaining full performance. It features epoxy vacuum‑cast coil windings and a CD‑type core made of cold‑rolled silicon steel, which together minimize magnetic flux leakage.
