Description

This latch is a key component of the GE E-Entropy module. Assembled together with the front chassis unit, it securely fastens the module to the monitor. The latch is made of PA6/66+GF40 (Grivory GV-4H), a high-quality plastic composed of 40% glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic. This material gives the latch high rigidity, providing excellent resistance to deformation under stress and ensuring a smooth surface finish. The part number is clearly printed on the inside of the latch for easy identification and replacement.

Applications:

- Vibration Resistance: During emergency transport, operating room procedures, or equipment movement, the monitor may experience vibration or pulling. The locking mechanism provides a secure mechanical lock, preventing accidental module detachment and monitoring interruption.
